Before you get in touch with us, the answer you're looking for may already be in our Help Centre. Use the search function at the top of the page to type in your question. Then choose from the articles delivered in the search results.
You can also use our Resolution Bot to help find an answer to your question. Simply click on this icon, which you'll see in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
Next, you'll see the following pop-up chat box where you can either type in your question or send us a message. Please note that current reply times are up to two days due to the sheer volume of emails we're receiving as a result of Covid-19.
When emailing us, we ask that you provide the email address linked to your project or pledge, as well as any other details relevant to your query (such as project name). The more information we have, the easier it should be for us to resolve your issue.

CAN WE CALL YOU?
With hundreds of projects being added to our platform every week, we're supporting a large number of project owners. Therefore it's not possible for us to call everyone. We only talk over the phone when it's absolutely necessary.
We want to help as many people as possible in a day and we find that email (or encouraging you to use our Help Centre) is the most efficient way to do this.
Please note that Crowdfunder's office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed on all bank holidays in England.
