When you pledge or donate to a project, we will send you an email that includes the details of your pledge and your reward selection (if you choose one).
The receipt email contains important details such as your payment amount and the transaction date.
When a project closes, you will then receive a second email informing you if the project you supported was successful or not. If a project is unsuccessful, you will be refunded within 7 working days. Additionally, project updates or responses may sometimes align with the expected delivery timelines of rewards or updates. As a result, communication might not always be immediate, especially for projects promising future deliverables.
The details of your pledges can also be found in your Crowdfunder account under 'My Pledges'.
While we don’t provide formal invoices, you’re welcome to contact the project creator directly for help.
If you did not receive a pledge confirmation email, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:
Check your email folders: Make sure to check your spam, junk, or other email folders where such messages might have been filtered.
Consider email delays: Temporary issues in email systems, such as brief outages, might delay delivery. In such cases, allow some time before checking again.
Request a resend: If you suspect the email hasn’t reached you, you can request a resend of your receipt through your settings or by contacting customer support. If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may reach out to our support team at [email protected] for further assistance.
