1) Return to [email protected] your Acceptance Form, BACS Form, a recent bank statement and any other additional information requested in the Award Agreement below.

2) Register with Crowdfunder, selecting ‘Crowdfund with donations or rewards’.

3) Begin working through building your crowdfunding campaign page

4) Go to the 'Extra funding' section of your dashboard and apply for the Sport England Movement fund. Select that you have a conditional award, enter your URN and submit.

6) When your draft campaign page is ready, email us [email protected] indicating your URN and campaign name.

7) We’ll take a quick look and suggest any other improvements or simply agree you’re ready to go

8) Begin crowdfunding!

Your target must be set to double the value of the Sport England conditional award. The award from the Movement Fund will be added to your crowdfunding project and count towards your target.

When your draft campaign page is ready, email [email protected] with your URN (if you have one) and campaign name.

Keep your project in draft mode until you have spoken with a Sport England staff member

Once your crowdfunding campaign has closed successfully, meeting all criteria of the fund, you’ll be ready to draw down your funding.

On setting up your project, you will have entered your finance details, this will enable us to transfer the crowd pledges into your bank account within 7 working days after the project has closed.

Sport England will transfer the Movement Fund monies to you directly. The Movement Fund pledge will be transferred into your bank account within 28 working days of your project closing.
