How to activate your employee giving voucher

I've logged in and it's asking for my card details

This message simply means that you've claimed your voucher but you haven't yet activated it. Find the email in your BA inbox from [email protected], with the subject Activate your BA Better World Community Fund Employee Giving Vouchers! If you have a focused inbox, this may arrive in your ‘other folder’. Please also check your junk mail folder. Click the 'Activate your voucher' button and set up an account with your ba.com email address.

Your voucher should be ready and waiting for you once you have done this (a little blue square at the top right of the page that says £20).

If you have signed into BAcommunityfund.co.uk before, log in with your previous details or set-up a new account.

My voucher says it's unavailable

This message simply means that you have already activated your voucher.

Please set up your account with your ba.com email address or sign in if you already have an account. Once you’re signed in you’ll see that your £20 voucher has been activated, and you can click 'Redeem'.

I can’t find my activation email

Search for an email in your BA inbox from [email protected], with the subject Activate your BA Better World Community Fund Employee Giving Vouchers! If you have a focused inbox, this may arrive in your ‘other folder’. Please also check your junk mail folder.
