How to activate your voucher and spend it on a project

Updated this week

Activating your voucher

Find the email in your Aviva inbox from [email protected], with the subject: Activate your Aviva Community Fund voucher!

If you have a focused inbox, this may arrive in your ‘other folder’. Please also check your junk mail folder.

If you have donated vouchers before, please sign in to your account with your aviva.com email address . Once you’re signed in you’ll see that your £40 voucher has been activated, and you can click 'Redeem'.

If you haven't taken part in the Aviva Community Fund before, you will need to set up an account with your aviva.com email address.

Please ensure you are signing in/up with the exact email address that your activation email was sent to. This will be shown in your activation email like the example below:

I can’t find my activation email

If you still can’t find your Activate your Aviva Community Fund Voucher, please contact [email protected] and we will resend the email to you.

I've logged into my Aviva Community Fund account and can't find my voucher

If you've logged into your Aviva Community Fund account and your voucher isn't available in the checkout process then you may be logged in with the incorrect email address. This issue may have been caused by:

  • SSO: If you used Single Sign-on (SSO) to log in then our system may have picked up a different '@aviva.com' email address to log you in with.

  • Change of name: If you have had more than one Aviva email address in the past; for example, if your name has changed and you were given a new email address as a result, then this may be part of the issue.

We therefore recommend double checking the email address that your voucher was sent to and making sure that you are logged in using this email address. You may need to log in or create a new account with the correct email, so we recommend that you don't use Single Sign-On at this time.

My voucher says it's unavailable

This message simply means that you have already activated your voucher or that you have not set up an account. You can sign in to your account here. If you haven’t taken part in the Aviva Community Fund before, you will need to set up an account with your Aviva.com email address listed in your activation email.

Once you have created your account and signed in you’ll see that your £40 voucher has been activated, and you can click 'Redeem'. You'll also see your voucher in the top right corner of your screen.

N.B. If you are a new employee and this doesn't work for you, it may be that we need to generate a voucher for you as you haven't been listed. Please email [email protected] if the process above doesn't work.

If you need any further support please contact [email protected].
