I've logged in and it's asking for my card details?
This message simply means that you haven't yet activated your voucher or that you have already used it for this round of employee giving.
If you have not yet used your voucher for this round, you can find the email in your Aviva inbox from [email protected] with the subject Activate your Aviva Community Fund voucher! If you have a focused inbox, this may arrive in your ‘other folder’. Please also check your junk mail folder.
Click the 'Activate your voucher' button and sign in with your previous details if you have donated vouchers before. Your voucher should be ready and waiting for you once you have done this (a little blue dot at the top right of the page that says £40).
If you haven't taken part in the Aviva Community Fund before, you will need to set up an account with your aviva.com email address listed in your activation email.
My voucher says it's unavailable?
This message simply means that you have already activated your voucher.
If you have donated vouchers before, please sign in to your account with your aviva.com email address. Once you’re signed in you’ll see that your £40 voucher has been activated, and you can click 'Redeem'. If you haven’t taken part in the Aviva Community Fund before, you will need to set up an account with your Aviva.com email address.
I can’t find my activation email?
Search for an email in your Aviva inbox from [email protected], with the subject Activate your Aviva Community Fund voucher! If you have a focused inbox, this may arrive in your ‘other folder’. Please also check your junk mail folder.
