A project owner has the option to collect your delivery details when they set up each reward. If they select this option, then you can enter the postage address when pledging.
If the project owner has not selected this option, they will get in touch once their project has successfully closed to request the information they need to fulfil rewards.
Some will request the information right away while others will wait until they’re ready to deliver rewards. If you think you might have missed their email, please contact the project to check.
