What is Aviva Volunteering?

Updated over a week ago

At Aviva our volunteering programme is designed to harness experience, skills and enthusiasm within Aviva to benefit your communities.

What is Aviva volunteering?

Aviva employees get up to 21 hours paid volunteering leave every year. We’ve got people willing and ready, with a wide range of skills and experience, who can help you make a difference in your community.

How can Aviva volunteers help me?

Our new volunteering programme enables you to add multiple volunteering opportunities, including one offs and recurring opportunities for individuals and teams at Aviva. So, if you need someone with financial experience to help you with the books once a quarter, a new trustee or a team of volunteers to help plant some trees, we want to hear how Aviva employees can lend a hand!

There's two ways employees can get involved:

In person: Aviva has 13 offices across the UK your organisation might be close to. Birmingham, Bristol, Eastleigh, Leatherhead, Leeds, London, Manchester, Maxim Park (Euro Central), Norwich, Perth, Sheffield, York, Worthing

Digital support: Don’t worry if you’re not near an Aviva office, there might be people with the skills you need, who can offer you support remotely.

How to recruit volunteers?

Eligible causes can apply here. If your volunteering application is successful you will go on to create a unique volunteering project page that explains your volunteering project and the opportunities you need help with Aviva employees can get involved in. Terms and Conditions apply
