Activating your voucher

Find the email in your BA inbox from [email protected], with the subject: Activate your BA Better World Community Fund Colleague Giving Vouchers! Remember to also check your spam or junk folders if you can't locate the email immediately. Wait 30 minutes and check your inbox before requesting a resend, as it may take some time for the email to arrive.

If you have a focused inbox, this may arrive in your ‘other folder’. Please also check your junk mail folder.

You will need to set up an account with the email address that this email was sent to (your ba.com or avios.com email address). It is important that you use the same email address to set up your account as the one you used to claim your voucher. Ensuring your email matches exactly is critical to prevent access issues.

Once you’re signed in, you’ll see that your £20 voucher has been activated, and you can click 'Redeem'. Navigate to the dashboard to confirm activation and locate your voucher.

It says my voucher has already been claimed.

This message simply means that you have already claimed your voucher and now you need to activate it. If you can't find your original 'Activate your BA Better World Community Fund Employee Giving Vouchers!' in your BA inbox, you can resend the email by clicking on the link at the top of the claim page.

I can’t find my activation email.

If you still can’t find your Activate your BA Better World Community Fund Employee Giving Voucher email, please contact [email protected] or chat with us below by clicking the message icon in the bottom right, and we will resend the email to you.

My voucher says it's unavailable.

This message simply means that you have already activated your voucher or that you have not set up an account. You can sign in to your account here. If you haven’t taken part in the BA Better World Community Fund before, you will need to set up an account with your ba.com email address.

Once you have created your account and signed in, you’ll see that your £20 voucher has been activated, and you can click 'Redeem'. You'll also see your voucher in the top right corner of your screen.

Please note: If you are a new employee and this doesn't work for you, it may be that we need to generate a voucher for you, as you haven't been listed. Please email [email protected] if the process above doesn't work.
