What are Crowdfunder doing in response to COVID-19?
The Crowdfunder platform is continuing to operate as usual and there will not be any delay in paying out funds raised. We are following the latest advice from the government, available here on the UK government website, and have contingency plans in place to ensure that the website will continue to run smoothly.

At Crowdfunder the health, wellbeing and safety of our project owners and employees is our number-one priority and continues to be so. Based on the best advice available we have put in place preventative measures both in our offices and in our crowdfunding community, including the use of virtual meetings and online coaching programmes. We will continue to review and respond appropriately to any changes in the advice issued from the government.

We are encouraging project owners to continue as planned and focus their efforts on online promotion. With less people out and about, social media, messaging apps, email and phone all become increasingly important channels of communication. We are now seeing communities coming together to support those projects that matter to them most. In continuing with your project, we suggest that you also follow the latest advice from the government

During this time we are taking a flexible approach to ensure that each project has access to the support they need from Crowdfunder.  You can get in touch with us if you have a specific concern at support@crowdfunder.co.uk
