If you have not yet launched your project, there is an option to change the linked bank account. A member of the Crowdfunder support team will need to remove the old bank account details in order for you to link up your new details. Please send a message to [email protected] from the email address registered to the project with the following information to make this request.
We will need:
• Your project name
• Your request to remove the bank account details
• The reason for wanting to change the bank account
Once your project is live and the first pledge received, the bank account details can only be changed on a case-by-case basis. Please send a message to [email protected] from the email address registered to the project with a request and the reason for the change.
