If you are crowdfunding alongside gathering votes for the Aviva Community Fund, your project will appear on this page: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/avivacommunityfund/

If your projects is not appearing on that page, there are a few things you can check:

1. Is your project live?

You can see if your project is live by selecting 'My projects' from the user menu in the top right corner of any page on Crowdfunder. This will show the status of your project - see example below of a project that is not yet live. 

To set your project live, click 'Edit Details' and make sure you have completed all the required steps, before clicking 'Go live'.

2. Has your project received at least one pledge?

Your project will not appear on the page until it has received at least one pledge. To start collecting pledges, we'd recommend reaching out to family and friends initially as this is a great way to gather some early support.

3. If it is still not showing...

Please contact support@crowdfunder.co.uk if your project is live and has received at at least one pledge, but is still not showing. For security reasons you will need to contact us via the same email address used to create the project on Crowdfunder. In your message please include a link to your project and let us know that it is not appearing on the Aviva Community Fund projects page. A member of our crowdfunding support team will be able to help.
